Adwords Cap
If I cap adwords at $XX per day, and the estimate shows $XXX per day, will it just take my ads out once I hit the cap?

It will generally try to match the cap on a 30 day period.
For example, if you're a high roller and your cap is $1 / daily, Google will attempt to spend $30 across 30 days, rather than stopping at $1 per day. Some days may be 80 cents, some $1.20, but Google will attempt to balance it in this nature. If the suggested budget is $10, and your cap is $1, Google will only serve your ads enough times daily to meet that aforementioned budget method. It will space it out across the day rather than just starting your budget at 12:01am, and going til your funds expire. Hope this helps. |
