Adwords Auto-tagging

I simply can't find the answer to this one...

I've got auto-tagging switched on in my adwords account. I want to also add other URL parameters to the ad link, such as :

xxx.com/page?x=10

If I don't add my own parameters to the link, google creates the auto-tagging URL as :

xxx.com/page?gclid=xxx

Question is, if I add my own parameters, will Google add a & instead of the ? and create :

xxx.com/page?x=10&gclid=xxx

or will it screw up and create :

xxx.com/page?x=10?gclid=xxx

Anyone know ?

Managed to do a test on a single keyword.

The answer for future reference is that Google is clever and adds an & instead of the ?

If you chose "auto" that doesn't mean manual or custom, if you want that you need to use an URL builder for your destination URLs, here are two. Make sure you use cpc, not ppc as the tag so Google Analtyics recognizes it. You can also tag for Yahoo! Search Marketing, MSN adCenter, and any other paid campaign or tagged link from a newsletter.
