AdSense Rejection...I dont get it!

I applied for AdSense for one of my sites and was rejected. I have been approved for other sites but it came as a shock that this site got rejected. My site does not seem to violate TOS and has a PR and gets around 1000 visitors/day. I sent an email to Google and got a generic worthless response. Anyhow my site is www.customscorecards.comwww.customscorecards.com

A google employee (adz.google.com) came and looked at my index page before I got my denial letter. I do have a search area on my site but would not put AdSense code on the SERP pages. And also all the pages from my SERPS are on MY site and can also be reached via the site map or from other places on the site.

You do know, don't you, that you don't have to apply for every site? If you have other sites already approved, just put the AdSense code on any other site that meets all requirements stated on their terms and policies.

Yes, I was approved for my site www.homesnet.net but before that I was disapproved for www.customscorecards.com. So now when I put the ads on www.customscorecards.com nothing shows up. I emailed google about it and they said it was because it had been disaproved before and they still dont think it meets the guidlines. I still dont get it!

I really don't know why they should reject that site - possibly because there aren't enough ads for that theme ?
