Adsense ratio up to 37%
After a bit optimization it went upto 37% today and $7 which is not too much. Do you think it is normal or can it be a click fraud but dont think so as there are only 10 clicks at total...

It is against the rules of Google to publish anything other than your gross revenue. You can lose your Adsense account for doing otherwise.
The above aside, Adsense is dependent upon many factors. Your experience is not outside our or the experience of others. It is dependent upon the page, the keywords, and the typical visitor to that page. Be happy your CTR is high, most do not experience high CTRs.
