Hey,
I have a website and decided to place adsense ads on the site. I was, for a week or two, making $40-$65 day. Then all the sudden, it dropped to just a few dollars a day. I haven't changed anything, the ads are still relevant, and I have the same amount of daily visitors. I know Google adsense was down for maintenance a few days ago and wonder if something has changed. Has anyone else experienced a sudden drop in revenue, or have any ideas why this would happen? Thanks |

Revenue fluctuation is very common in Adsense. Drops in revenue can be caused by a multitude of things: traffic, Adsense ads selected by Google to run on your page, CTRs, and, very commonly, the amount of money Adword advertisers are willing to pay per click. There are others, but the above, in my experience, are the most common.
