AdSense New Features

In case anyone missed it...

http://www.google.com/services/adsense_new.html

Mainly support for non-English sites. Also, the payment history moved to the Reports tab, which I'm hoping means we are also going to get new reports as well.

We get to see it October 2.

In the announcement email they say "The changes were designed to simplify your account navigation, and to allow us to seamlessly introduce new features as AdSense continues to grow."

I hope better tracking stats will be one of these new features that they will be introducing... :-D

At this point, that's the only thing I even want (reporting per page or at least per domain).

The new languages are only available to existing AdSense publishers. I've seen a copy of a rejection email stating that new publishers for non-English sites will not (yet) be accepted. Seems like they're doing some testing with the existing sites first.

P.S. No new reporting options

Gringo.

The payment history improvements are good. I'm still holding out for better tracking at some point... it might take them a while though.

I could be happy if they put some per domain stats.

Well, it's nothing more than they announced.

I'm just hoping the new "Reports" section is just the beginning of some new reports (like per domain breakdowns). If I had a per domain breakdown, I would have absolutely nothing on my wish list.

Has anybody actually tried to open a new account with them in order to get 2 different sets of stats?

Gringo.

It can be done, but it's "strongly discouraged"...

::clip::

Can I sign up for more than one account?

This is strongly discouraged. Because website publishers can place the AdSense HTML ad code on any page they own or manage, there is no need for publishers to create multiple accounts. Therefore, we generally limit Google AdSense accounts to one per publisher. However, publishers may create multiple accounts if they manage sites that require separate payments.

I know... but would be nicer to have it all consolidated if you don't want to be getting a bunch of different checks each month...
