Adsense Mystery - Any guesses?
I have had adsense on this site
http://www.avandant.com/cosmetic-dentists/Abilene-cosmetic-dentist.htm for months and now as of last week my ads no longer are showing. I have taken the same pages and placed them on another server and the ads show up fine there but not on this current url. All my other adsense sites are working fine so I have not been banned or anything I just cant figure out why the ads on this particular site are not showing. Any help is greatly appreciated. Does your site get much traffic? Some pages of mine that get very little traffic don't receive ads. But all pages that get lots of traffic get good ads.
Try using the content isolation tags to target the ads for specific portions of your page.

I get very annoyed when I check my sites and on first load my adsense ads have those 'Hurricane Katrina' default ads. If I refresh the page, the proper content targeted ads are displayed. Not cool!

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked the traffic and that does not seem to be a factor here. I am wondering if it might be server related. The thing is that other javascript seems to work on the site so I dont know. |

You could try using an alternate URL to replace the 'Hurricane Katrina' ad's with an affilate banner instead. |

Thanks! I didn't notice that option in my Adsense setup. |

You wrote above the adsense ads: "Links and resources to cosmetic dentists in Abilene. Clicking the link will take you to a website with more information." It is an incentive to click not allowed by the TOS, so maybe this is the reason. You are luck Google didn't already banned you. |
