Adsense for several sites

I have several web sites and I have created an adsene account for one of them.
I want to apply adsense to some other sites. They have diferent themes.
Must I create an adsense account for each site or should I use the channels from the existing one?
Thanks
Luis

Done. It works, thanks
Do you know how does Adsense select the ads? by the site content or by the page content?

It is by page content. The ads are more relevent that way.

Yes, they have a bot that spiders the page's content and then serves ads relevant to that content.
