Adsense Abuse
I've found that one guy is constantly abusing Adsense TOS.
I've warned him, that encouraging users for clicking is an abuse. It's unfair to everyone including me (CPC will go down) Does anyone know what is the direct contact to the person that deals with this kind of issues? I think I might report this case.
