I know there are dozens of SEO services out there, but is there anyone out there that can help with controlling what ads you get? Im getting jibberish on my site atm, and its killing me.

None of them are what I want, and most of them are totally unrelated.

You should check out Commission Junction.... they have thousands of advertisers which you can use to highly target your ads. Adbrite is a new and upcomming advertiser that has google style text ads. They are good too!
