acc disable

Hi! If an acc was disable.. Let say it was xyz.com, does this mean that this domain is banned forever in participating with adsense?

And what if i were to add xyz.com under different new acc. Can this new acc get banned?

Yes, they usually ban the other account as well. Which makes me think what happens if you buy the domain from someone...

I think that if you can prove you are a new owner, that the site's theme is totally different, registered by different person, etc you'll be re-accepted.
