Not showing ad but has click?

    Hello All.

I dont kinda get it why the status of some of my keywords in my Adwords campaign show Low bid or quality and not showing ads and yet I'm seeing some of them got clicks? Some has still 0 impressions too, so it means they have not shown yet but got clicks? Anyone who can give me an answer to this is truly an angel!

Ads that are 'low bid volume' are sometimes displayed. Some are even flagged as running if you hover over the status. They just don't display much and are generally ignored unless there is a spike of traffic on that keyword.
Ads with a low bid specifically state the bid is below the *1st page* which means they still display to users who hit the second page.
Low quality score just means you pay a TON more $$$$$ to display your ad.

If the click was a 1 display 1 click anomaly it could be that google's numbers are off or that there is a different lag time in the two numbers. Or maybe the ad was displayed during a previous period of time and someone clicked the cached version. Any number of little things can explain 1 click.

I wouldn't worry about one click. Just try to improve your overall performance, and look at trends rather than down to the single click.

Geez, thank you so much! I'm still a newbie in terms of PPC/Adwords so expect me to worry so easily.
