    not getting calls even though got clicks


    I am running search network campaign for tourist and business visas.



    at first, I tried for call only ads, I couldn't get calls even though got clicked(Ads)



    as per the suggestion of Google customer care, I changed to website traffic and lowered down CPC bid mobile for 70% and increased computer to more.



    problem is that even now I am getting more clicks from mobiles rather than a computer... I am not getting any calls...can you suggest me any changes on the website for the betterment.?



    till now I got around 35 clicks ...but no use for our business

    Have you checked the actual search terms and phrases for which your ads are showing. If you have used broad match keywords and have not blocked irrelevant search terms through negative keywords then may be your ads are getting irrelivant clicks. So better to analyse your keywords.

    Unfortunately, 35 clicks is a fairly small sample size too, I would follow the advice jandesigner01 gave and then wait for a 100 click sample to try and get a larger view of where your clicks are coming from.

    most of the clicks which I got are relevant search query only.i have already placed negative keywords and taking care if any new irrelevant keywords are coming.so,in my case that is not a problem for not getting calls.

    1. Call only campaigns run only on mobiles and tablets. When the user clicks on your ad it will count as click and copies number on the user's dial pad. If he doesn't tap on call button, Google will still count it as a click and you won't receive a call.
    2. Data is too small to work upon and take decision. Let some more clicks come then you can optimize the campaign accordingly.
    3. I hope you have entered the correct contact number in the call only campaign.

    Your landing page lacks even the most fundamental conversion elements, frankly it's a horrible landing page. I would be surprised if it ever earned a conversion.

    I hope you have entered the correct phone/mobile number in the call extension/the only campaign.
    See the user search terms for which your ads were clicked.
    See the call duration time. It might be when the people called you your phone does not connect.

    If you need calls, make the phone numbers more obvious and tailor your call-to-actions for calls. By looking at your landing page, it seems that users are likely to interact with the dropdowns than with the phone numbers. You are telling them to do step 1, 2, and 3 but none of these refers to making a phone call.

    Also, make the phone numbers clickable so a single touch right away gives you a call (instead of them needing to type all the numbers).
