    HOT TIPS: AdWords conversion rate tracking

    Hi,

    I am experimenting with google adwords conversion rate tracking. I have found it easier to use than expected.

    I would like to exchange a few tips with users of this service. Please share something useful that you have learned about it.

    I will start with something that I have learned......

    ==============================

    I think that the metrics that they are using

    1) conversion rate
    2) cost per conversion

    are great... however, I belive that the most relevant stat is PROFIT PER DAY. This can be easily calculated....

    (profit/conversion - cost/conversion) * conversions/day

    With this idea it is possible for you to incur a higher cost/conversion yet sustain a higher profit per day. You just need to find the sweet spot in your bidding.

    EGOL,

    Missed this thread the other day "find the sweet spot in your bidding" - can I use that as a tag line for bubz.net? Maybe it could be re-phrased for punch./effect

    Sorry, been slow with this. Haven't set up advanced enough tracking for a new client. You know how it is...
