Traffic is pretty low still, so I don't have a heap to run with. So any obvious changes that you can see would be great.

I am thinking the site needs a facelift and would love your thoughts.

Generic pages (about etc)
-The sidebar seems a bit of a waste of space

I am looking for ideas on making it more customer friendly and converter friendly.
