XHTML/CSS UI Designer for LogicManse

We at LogicManse are looking for a good UI Designer who is proficient in XHTML, CSS and w3c stantards.
Alternatively, we would love to talk to very good designers who is eager to learn and enhance their CSS Skills beyond the ordinary.

If you love working on the coolest designs, that's an ultimate plus point.

Note: If you have no clue of the following bare-bone CSS terms below, then please don't apply at all

* Difference between "classes" and "ID"s
* Doctypes and their usage, when and why

Btw, don't show us portfolio which you haven't done yourself or you never have a major role in it. We'll ask you questions and even will ask you to write code, so you should be prepared for the same.
