Which Gateway Do You Recommend?
Next, I was wondering which gateway you all use or recommend. I currently use YourPay, and I guess its pretty good. Customer service is decent, and the interface is decent. However, its the only gateway I've ever used, so I can't compare. I was thinking of switching merchant accounts, and I heard YourPay is only supported by First Data, so I was starting to look around.
What are your thoughts or recommendations on gateways? |

Authorize.Net is my recommendation. It is easy to use and integrate and is supported by everybody. The amount of information available on the Net about them is unparalelled.
You may want to check out the article Six Payment Gateways Reviewed which compares a bunch of gateways. |

Authorize.net is the best and the most widely used by banks. There are implementations for every language php, java, c++. The service is always up 99.9 % of the time.
When they refund it refunds the payment and the fee IF the $ didn't go to the bank account which is 48 hours period, after that they will not refund the swipe / transaction charge Thanks Dmitriy Last edited by temesoft : March 18th, 2008 at 12:44 PM. |
