Hello Dear,
I am think lot of e commerce make a good job for SEO magento got all the web 2.0 features built-in but the learning curve is harder, Os commerce is a bit old, Virtuemart and Prestashop are good option you most of the CMS base shop got good SEO add-on to help you score well... you don't forget to feed compare price site like Google merchant.

I dont think any particular ecommerce solution stands out as mile ahead of the rest in terms of SEO, many of them have the same problems, dulicated product pages etc.
That said I personally choose Magento and seems to have decent SEO capabilitys. Allthough theres quite a leaning curve to start editing the code.

I have used only one so i can only recommend you that and that is X-cart.It almost fulfills all the desired functions.
