SSL Certificate Intergration

Several Month ago, I implemented an new 128bit SSL certificate from InstantSSL. Our old certificate was up for renewal and I found the SSL certificate from Komodo more price friendly, however we have since had a lot of complaints on the site from people unable to checkout.

Anybody else experience the same type of problem ?

I've used Comodo without problems. Have you checked with your host to see what they say?

We've been selling and using Comodo SSL certs for a couple years and have not had one single complaint. Are you sure they are installed properly including the chain certificate?

Looking into bringing up some more ecommerce sites. Currently use VeriSign on our current site and looking into other possible cheaper options. What differentiates one SSL Certificate from another and makes one better? Any other recommendations besides Comodo?

Thanks.

Well not all certs work in all browsers and not all browser support SSL.

The cheaper ones normally work on 95.5% and really expensive work on 99.9%.

The cheapest is the most sensible option really, no one really uses the incompatible browsers.
