SEO Elite & Brad Callen!?

Does anyone have direct contact with Brad Callen from SEO Elite?

I paid for their application, and my computer crash so I had to go get a new PC as my old one was at the end of it's life.

After installed SEO Elite it asked for my reg information, and then it told me I had to contact SEO Elite about getting it switched to my new PC.

I have emailed, and called the man for the last 3 months over and over, and they never responded.

This is my last ditch attempted to get them to supply support for their product that I paid for before I send my lawyers after them.

I hear he is only a kid. I know his parents wont like it to much next week when the legal department shows up on their front door.

The BBB is already looking into him, and Im now starting to get pissed about all this stuff that could have been taken care of easily with one simple email from him. I think Ill give the states attorney a call tomorrow as well.

No I dont have something like SEO Elite coming out. I want then company to give me the services I paid for, but if he can't get his **** right after all this I'll be pissed to the point that I prob will write my own application that is better and give it away! LOL

Yeah this thread looks exacy like one that someone would start if they were about to sell similar program.
I am sure you are honestly annoyed at somthing but it just had all the footprints

LOL nah not at all. Im seriously pissed about all this, as I did pay for it and I would like to use something that I paid for, and it has all my data about my sites ranking, etc locked away in the program. When companies cant respond to their own product support request when it’s a paid product they are about as low as mud and need to close the door to their business if they don’t have the respect to step-up to the plate and do what they say they will do.

I have no plans of developing anything like seoelite at this time. IF I do decide to make such a program it will be at my webmaster site.

But as noted Im not making one now, and don’t plan to develop one within this year.

I just want my copy of seoelite to work!

Just an update.. The BBB gave him a call and he jumped to emailing me.

Said their was a support link, etc.. but never covered why they did not respond. My software is once more active. ;p

Incidentally

SEO Elite is an overpriced piece of garbage - the only useful tools can for the most part be found for free around the web. The rest of the tools are either inaccurate (as in the case of "Where are your pages indexed for xxxx keyword), poorly designed (the tool for checking if your link partners link to you essentially tries to spider their entire site looking for a backlink - I've had it look for over an hour at just one site trying to find the IBL), or useless....

You'll see everyone and their mother hawking that POS because he pays like 50% commission or something.

SEO ELITE IS ABSOLUTE CRAP

Hello "Levi". A quick update on your situation...

1. Our support desk sent you many different replies to your initial ticket, which you replied with a very friendly, and I quote, "F#@K You". This happened several times. We have the tickets referenced for future use if you would like me to display the conversations you had with our support team.

2. I contacted you within 5 minutes of every email sent directly to me. You then repsonded with. "I am filing a claim with the BBB". It appears your comment about the "BBB already looking into him" came directly from something you submitted. I spoke with a representative from the BBB via the telephone about you, and she "laughed" and stated that there will be cases like this and to not worry about it and/or take it personal. She then proceeded to close the case immediately. I emailed you AND issued you a full refund LONG before you stated you had filed a BBB claim. Your comment regarding that is completely inaccurate.

3. I offered to refund your purchase... Yet, still left your software active because of any trouble you may have had...
(Side note: Upon purchase, you were emailed all contact information...)

4. We offer 24 hour support and quickly respond to any user issues. (http://www.bryxensoftware.com/support/), which can be accessed via the seoelite.com website, and the "Welcome email" you received upon purchase.)

On top of that, I worked with you directly for 24 hours and replied to all of your emails within minutes to clear up any problems you may have had.

I find this entire situation very strange. I'm sorry you were not satisfied, but unfortunately there is nothing more we can do. Best of luck with your software venture.

My support problem lasted over 3 months long, I did not send in a support request on weekends, I don’t use "F#@K You" ever, and you never did respond till the BBB gave you a call, and at that point you responded and unlocked my software and we all was good, on top of that I gave you days to respond, hell months. I would never expect anyone to respond in the matter of minutes.

If you post such a claim you better be able to back it up. Just like I have emails logs because I did not use your support ticket system as I used your direct email address to communicate with you, and I used the BBB.

You never told me you gave me a refund, and as I process credit cards I know you can not give a refund because I have had the software for years, and you can only refund processes less then 3 months old, and I got the bank records to prove that you did not issue any refunds so quit lying its making you look bad!

FYI this thread was started before I called the BBB, and as I noted everything was fixed since the BBB gave you a call. That was months ago!

You'll need to call that number and then one of the options is to enter the first 3 letters of the person's name you're trying to reach. Once you do that, you'll be given the option for her direct line.
