Is this SEOChat or SEO Elite HelpDesk Go-A-Round?

This thread started in February 28th, 2006... and as I understand the same things being asked 2 1/2 years ago are still an issue today.

Surely this thread suggests "you shouldn't buy these products if you must have support"...

Why doesn't every other member here get a helpdesk thread... I want the same deal Brad gets so I don't need to pay for customer support.

Does anyone know of competitive software to SEO Elite. I am looking for software that will tell me the anchor tags of my competitors and something that will do a compilation of the sites that they advertise on and inlinks...

Why a guy as busy as Brad Callen doesn't frequent every seo forum in the industry to check for support queries so that he can get "personally involved" with his customers is quite behind me as well...

Locking as this is 2 years old and is turning into a support ticket system. If you have support questions for Brad why don't you send them to the appropriate dept: Bryxen Software support. Now I know that is a wild idea but it just might work

On a more serious note I have NEVER had a problem when I submitted a support request.
