I think I have sold 8 Keyword elite/seo elite through seochat so far... we are still working on seo_am though


@ Genny2 Brad is right, if you got questions about his software your best bet is to check out his forums as those users will all have his software whereas many seochat users do not.

I thought there should have been a forum but it was so long ago since I bought it that I've lost all the details.

well, I tried to read through all posts there and not sure what side I am with

I mean on the one hand I understand that support is not the main thing in software. It should work. That's all.

But on the other - when I purchased SEO Elite (and Keyword Elite too) the both softwares didn't connect to SEO Elite license center. There was something like a month of everyday correspondence with Jim and Nancy (Brad, please, send them my regards ). The answer I finally got was:


But my firewall was off and there were no viruses...

Well, finally I have found the problem myself. But it is strange not to get help from people whose job is to give help. I asked for some information I needed to check my computer settings, but instead of telling it support proposed to try strange lines of text in the box for putting my registration e-mail.

I stopped using SEO and Keyword Elite when I have found that it is not that great as was promised.

But I have nothing personal to Brad

Thanks for your post - I don't expect you to take my side, and I really respect your comment. You see, all my posts were of things I’ve personally encountered, knowing all the facts. As far as anybody else is concerned:

- They weren’t “there”, they don’t know all the facts
- They don’t know me. They might PRESUME that my questions to the support staff were “dumb questions”
- They might PRESUME that I don’t work hard at something and not persistent - the type that likes someone to hold my hand.
- They might PRESUME that the things I had asked could easily be found in 30 seconds.
- They might PRESUME that because Brad has made a lot of money, is highly successful – and therefore of course he must be in the right.
- And that I, a nobody and a newbie at that, must be the one who’s in the wrong.

Take a look at all the presumptions and you’ll see that those people are shooting in the dark – they don’t know what they’re talking about.

You are the only one who gave the right verdict - the only intelligent reply that anyone could have made and that is “you don’t know”. Congratulations.

But not to worry, I take heart that the truth will surface and that providence judges righteously.

Hi Genny, I pm'd you the link to the forum several weeks ago. Did you not get it? I stopped by the seochat forum this evening to see if you were all taken care of, and it looks like you're still upset.

No I didn't get it, but thanks for trying. Brad, more than anything else, I was angry at your support staff - I still have that little corner where I'm open minded about you personally. I sort of got to the point where I just don't want any more dealings with your support staff. All I ever wanted to do was to tell you how I've found them just so that you know - I mean, if I had sold a product and was misrepresented by my staff, I would like to know because it's my reputation on the line. And yes I would like to know the URL of your Keyword Elite forum so that I can read the posts and connect with other members and maybe if I ever need to, be able to address you for whatever reason that might arise.

Thanks for your message. I'm interested in those links of yours (seo info). I'm all for learning - I figure you're all seo gurus here, well into advanced seo stuff, but tell me, is it safe for a newbie to ask questions here about seo related matters or would I be shot down in flames for asking dumb questions?

No one will ever be shot down for asking questions that they perceive as dumb... people only get shot down for offering dumb advice.

One CAVEAT -- people that advertise themselves as a SEO and then ask a question that is common knowledge tend to have their credibility questioned.

On the whole we are a very helpful bunch of SEO students. We are, or should be, always in a learning mode. You will receive direct and courteous advice. You will sometimes see people being taken down a bit, but it is usually with good cause.

Bottomline: Do a lot or reading, do some searches for your question to see if it has been asked and answered 5,000 times before. If you cannot quickly find an answer by reading and searching here on SEO Chat... ask any question. No questions are dumb... but sometimes the answers are.

I wanted SEO Elite and Brad's very effective email campaign sent me an offer for Traffic2.0. Sounded good for me. I wanted both anyway.

I clicked on the link entered the credit card information and could not get the credit card to go through. I tried numerous times with serveral credit cards and finally gave up.

A few minutes later the bank fraud dept called and asked if I had put through 8 charges- a total of $3200. I said no and asked that they deny the charges. No can do, you must file a case with the bank.

Numerous calls and emails to income.com.- Success with them.

Filled out numerous online tickets at SEO Elite, Brad Callen's site. No response. I call the bank today and the charges were not put through at income.com Thank You!

However, I still can't get ahold of SEO Elite, so I was concerned about buying the software and not getting tech support. I went online today to enter another ticket. My ticket history does not have any record of my previous tickets, which I did enter and the system reflected the history the other night.

Brad if you are listening, I think that you have a lot of valuable customers that are getting frustrated with you. Please get personally involved with your customer support.

Sorry I did not order your product. I was looking forward to it.
