Relevant Keywords in URLs

I was listening to an audio clip of Matt Cutts of Google discuss keywords in URLs. You can listen to the audio at the below address. Matt also links to this page from his blog http://www.mattcutts.com/blog.
http://www.stephanspencer.com/archives/2007/12/17/matt-cutts-interview/

At the 12 minute mark of this audio clip Matt discusses this topic. He says 3-5 words in a URL is normal. Google's algorithms weight URLs with more words with less weight. This is the first known acknowledgement I'm aware of by Matt Cutts or a Google employee stating that there is value in page names. This contradicts what many people have posted about. Matt goes as far as to say what the parameters are. Once again, this is an argument for having limited RELEVANT keywords in a URL.
