Price Comparison Engine Submission

Is there a piece of software that will take my products and send them to each price comparison search engine?

Each engine uses their own format so the software would need to optimize each submission for that search engine.

Some of the engines I'm thinking about are:
Price Grabber
Google Base (Product Search)
Shopzilla
Amazon
Ebay
NexTag
Expo
Shopping.com
Yahoo
Etc.

Hi zumpner,

Since what you're really looking for is a price checker and nothing to do with SEO, I moved your post from seo tools to here... I hope you get the help you need

Hmmm, I don't want to check prices. I want to submit my products. Are you sure that's correct?

Ahhh silly me

A standard auto-submitter would submit your site details, I think if you want to submit prices you'll need something specialised so I'd still opt for E-commerce but if you get no replies I'll move it back & see if it makes a difference

Kind of expensive program

MerchantAdvantage dot com has the program you are looking for... but they are pretty expensive.

Yep, a little pricey but your right, exactly what I'm looking for. Anybody know of cheaper solutions out there?

You need a "feed service", like Feed Perfect from Solid Cactus, you can check it our here: http://www.solidcactus.com/feed-perfect.html. There are also others available, so I would suggest you do some comparison shopping first. Hope this helps.

Faith

From my point of view all this "all-in-one" services is waste of money. Right now only Google Base, MSN Products and Thefind are free to use for merchants. All other shopping SE will charge you as any other adv company starting from 50c per click. With average 3-5% conversion rate it will cost you at least 10$ per lead. So profit margin per order should not be less then 10$. Also i think you should analyze every product posted at shopping comparison engines to better drive traffic. Google base is best place to start. Then after polishing site and improving conversion rate you can start using paid one.
