pay-line.com are cheaters.!!!!!

Hi friends!

I used pay-line.com for my online payment needs for just 15 days. For that day i had around 400 dollar in my account. After 15 days they stoped their service saying that they have some problem with their vendor. ( ? ) . And its been more than six month still they say they have that problem . And they are not refunding my money. Now they are not responding to any email , phone calls or any thing. Today i checked my pay-line account and i found the balance amount is just 200 dollar. i dont know here the rest of the money gone.

so friends , be alert by these kinds of company.

I dont know what to do to get my money back. Can any one suggest me any thing ??

the owners are xxxhttp://www.consultcommerce.com but they are also not responding.

so i suggest not buy or use server provided by these companies.

did you deposit the money with a debit/credit card? if you did your financial institution will be able to track this transaction and put it into dispute.

Cool

I wouldn't leave 4 dollars in my Paypal account... and I sure wouldnt leave $400 on some unknown payment network.

Good luck with your dispute... althoug if Paypal give a rat's a*s about disputes, I don't think you will have any luck here

If they are a US based company, trying filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office of the state they are located in. You can also file an FTC complaint. They may/may not be able to help, but usually will tell you who to complain to. You may also be able to get them for wire fraud, in which case the Fibbies become involved. Usually if you bury them in paper they will refund you just to get rid of you (too much trouble). Hope this helps and post when you get more info.

Ftc

You can report wrongdoing to the FTC, and the FBI and Secret Service.

See http://www.secretservice.gov/financial_crimes.shtml

and others. All reports can be done online. When the government gets enough complaints they take action. But it takes several years for anything to happen.

Follow simple guidelines when buying:

- use the same country as yourself
- check for postal address
- check for phone number
- check for company name
- search google.com for company name scams, company name complaints

By far the most important is to use a service in your own country. I saw someone say contact the AG, but the AG's office wont get involved when international crimes have occurred, or out of state crimes.

Hi,

I am not sure if it is an good idea to publicly attack a named webservice, it could be interpited as eighter one of libel or slander (I do not remember which is which). I suggest editing posts so they are no longer targeted at a named company.
