Looking for Marketing guru with e-commerce experience

We are an online retailer of magazine subscriptions based in Manhattan, MagsForLess.com. We are looking for someone to help us with our marketing from their home. This is a freelance position. Please be able to commit 10-25 hours a week to this position.

We are looking for some who has great ideas of how we can market our site and then execute the marketing plan. Such things as help us to decide where our limited marketing dollars should go PPC, banner ads, affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing, etc.

Responsibilities
-Manage all of our marketing.
-Help manage our Adwords and Overture accounts. (Experience with both a plus)
-Help with affiliate marketing.
-Send out a weekly e-mail newsletter. Must be great in writing marketing copy targeted to consumers.
-Edit copy on our site.
-Other marketing tasks.

Qualifications
- Online marketing experience MANDATORY.
- Marketing for an online e-tailer / e-commerce company a HUGE plus.
- Good communications skills a must.
- Photoshop and HTML experience helpful.
- Broadband connection from home is mandatory.
