Looking for Canadian Merchant Account 3rd Party or Direct

Hi Guys,
we are looking for a Canadian direct merchant or 3rd party account at this point
We are always being refused for stupidness, high risk, legal problems, etc.
just when we thought moneris was gonna come thru making us wait 3 weeks
they decided not to give us one due to Legal issues they claim. (right.)

We have tried

-Moneris
-Paysystems
and a few others
can someone recommend a good one that wont take 2weeks to setup
we need one now

we have a very high volume of processing and its only goin up, I cant be just using PayPal
please let me know if anyone can help thanks

the merchant acc. is needed for MedWorldLabs.com website
We have to be able to process in CAD funds

Does anyone recommend we register a company in the states and get a merchant acc. from the states
who processs CAD?

Thanks
MedWorldLabs.com

Cdn merchant providers

Soltrus.com is the main CDN Verisign vendor. They seem to be the most professional answer, short of signing up with your Scotiabank or TD Canada Trust bank (the bank options always involve something like a min. $5000 CDN ecurity deposit).

Verisign is of course probably the most respected mark for commerce so I will be going with them when my venture can justify the high startup and monthly fees, which are something like $350 CDN startup fee and $75 CDN/month services fee plus transaction fees..

An option from the states that didn't work out for me only due to the nature of my dynamic product inventory (they require your products to be listed on their site, which is not feasible for my site which is an image file store with thousands of 'products') is 2checkout.com. They seem to be reputable and wouldbe suitable for small scale systems.
