They have been great! I installed them a few weeks ago. You can check it out on my site ticketdugout dot com

Tell them I sent you over. You'll get a windows client and then php code for your site. They did the interface very well and it looks professional. I looked into craftysyntax's free client and I couldn't get it to install right and it didn't look all that good. Star Develop's live help is also cheap I figured it out and if I use it for six months it would be free, as compared to a pay by month service.
