Help me improve!!!

Hi people, ive been getting tips of a number of websites on how to improve my site, and im constantly updating it to make it look better, So here is another one. Please give me as much feedback as possible, the only way i can learn is through my mistakes so tell me what mistakes im making!

things such as a robots.txt file, backlinks and I wouldn't recommend redirecting visitors into a folder location when they arrive.

You can try many things...

1. Changing the font (is not very readable I am afraid)
2. There is no 'call to action'.
3. Too few text in the website.
4. A Headline can help.
5. The New Products link is almost not visible.
6. There is no indication of the Price at all. As you know the exit rate is very high in most Home pages, and so most visitors will never even know the price.
7. Testimonials.

Changes to improve conversion rate can be either -- Creative or Offer related. You may want to bring in a few Offer related changes as well such as

1. Bulk dicount
2. Urgency
3. Doing a Price test.
