Getting instant sales?
Having spoken to a few business people who started to sell toys online said they got sales straight away from launch of their site. How is this possible?

To get traffic takes time and therefore the sales come later on.

I am intending to launch a website selling wine, what can I do to also get instant sales within a week of launch?

They are using PPC. I know a guy who snail mails a catalog then people go to his site to place an order. Another guy who advertises in print magazines and gives his URL. The same guy has a client email list. Both of them sell more than my site.
