Expanding Business with Another Site

Hi...I currently have a retail online site that does fairly well but is in a collectibles based hosted mall. I want to expand to my own site and need some help.

I will need a site with good support and templates...as well as the certification for placing credit card information for my processing or full processing. I want a site with a professional look and willing to pay if the price is reasonable for the service.
