Getting traffic to your eBay Stores is important to your success. I recommend 3 points to you.
1. Use the About Me page to provide visible content about your business and products. Your About Me page is also a great place to include text links to your Store, search results and specific promotions.
2. Make use of your best keywords when naming your store categories.
3. Include at least 1-3 important keywords or keyword phrases in your listing title.

ebay stores are much harder to optimize than traditional sites as you can only control certain page elements. They allow you to set the Meta Title, description and keyword tags but that is about it! However it is possible to rank well, you will just need to work harder than on a traditional site... note - you will probably find better success with long tail keywords.

The best advice I can give is make sure to set those META tags with properly writen SEO based tags... also make sure your titles and content is also sprinkled with those same keywords.... finaly build back links, use the about me page and the three sub pages they provide access to!

Something other to note... Yahoo is generaly more friendly to ebay stores than Google.

Hi,

For ebay store you need to consider following points
1) Insert keywords with product title
2) Long description with keywords
3) Submit your store link at directories
4) Put images with ALT tag

eBay will give you traffic but for that you need to update frequently your product also with keywords and all

I can say my last client is happy with ebay traffic.

Thanks
Mayur
