E-Commerce Content Manager

What kind of content managers are you people using for your e-commerce sites to upload new pages? If a new product is introduced, what is the process of getting it placed throughout the entire site? Is it all done by a user, created by databases, etc?

Thanks.

For new products, we input the information into a database and upload the database to the shopping cart database. All the pages get created by the shopping cart software.

Is this information what you're looking for?

So when the new product is uploaded the price, description, etc are uploaded into the database too, then a new page is automatically created with the info? I assume that is automatically generates the URL too.
