I've been using DigitalRiver (.com) for a good 5 years now- They've just upped their services to provide PayPal collection. They also take all forms of credit cards, checks, money orders ... and they take it from any country, and they take any currency 
They're strictly for online downloadable products (like software or eBooks). I think they're the best in the business. Downside: they take 20% of sales. But in the long run, they're really worth it!
