Am i missing out because of language barriers?

I sit at my desk all day and think of ways to let more potential customers know about my business and something hit me the other day concerning a potentially huge part of my market that i can not touch because of language.
Let me see if i can explain this.

Im in the automotive parts business, aftermarket performance and styling parts. Its a competitive business and I do well, but im no where near where id like to be as far as sales are concerned. I was driving through a mostly Hispanic part of town the other day and saw plenty of nicely built vehicles and knew that the parts they were using werent coming from AutoZone and the likes. I have been searching to find websites like mine in spanish but i have not found any (i may not be looking right, ive never searched for different language sites).
My thinking is, what if i copied a site of mine into Spanish and marketed it towards that community?
This is a completely new train of thought to me so i would love to hear what you all have to think.

Thanks in advance

Before you pursue...

I would recommend finding someone who speaks Spanish and can talk to those folks. Contact the local college to see about getting an international intern or a Spanish professor. Someone who CAN speak Spanish fluently.

Have that person see where they bought the parts. If you add an 'En Espanol' version to your site, you're going to need someone who speaks Spanish and can translate anyway!

See if they bought the parts online or if they purchased them from a retailer. If you're confident that you can sell the products online you already have some of your market research done and can simply start the new project.

Good luck.
