According to Google Panda 3.4 content play the most vital role in gaining high ranking in major search engine. plz tell me with example what is exactly quality content?

My rules of thumb for creating content that I would be considered quality are as follows:

1. My own content.
2. No or few spelling / grammar errors.
3. I have a minimum of 250+ words but target 500+
4. I like at least 1 offsite link to a trusted high PR site.
5. Limited repetition of the same material.
6. Including a unique graphic asset.

The final factor which I cannot control are social media likes & +1's.

I don't know how Google judges content but I seem to have a lot of success by following my 6 rules of thumb.

- Includes brief information about topic
- 3-4% keyword density for each keywords according to words of whole content
- Shouldn't have keyword stuffing.
- Should have proper keyword density and prominency
- it shouldn't have abused words or any religious words which may harmful for any caste or community

Quality content is also about writing about new subjects on your domain and trying to find different points of view on a subject. Is not enough to write "the same thing with different words" to have "unique content".
