You can upload it through youtube.com and embed it to your site and start promoting your site. Goodluck..

Video Marketing can be a great tool, but you need to think of better ways to reach your target market than just commercials. If you add your commercial to 1000 video sharing sites, you'll get some views, but not enough people will watch it, (unless you've got Heidi Klum bathing in your drinks.) You're best bet is building videos that are more than commercials. Take for example the guy that blends everything. He created a YouTube sensation by blending an Ipod, and a bunch of other crap. He proved that his product was powerful and at the same time got millions of viewers for the cost of only a few hundred bucks worth of electronics. Genius.

I can only imagine that Sports drinks have even more possibilities. This is where you need a really creative marketing team behind you.

To find the video sharing sites, just do a search for "video Sharing." Find videos similar to yours and see how many people have watched it. Then decide whether it's worth your time. Paying to have videos shown isn't really necessary unless you're on nbc.com or something.
