Syndicated Content Question - Not RSS

Hi, I would love some help with a question about syndicated content. I have a site that features user generated classified ads. It has strong organic search traffic characteristics. Therefore, I would like to syndicate ads from the major classified aggregators with the hope that my search traffic would dramatically increase with their content. It would be a direct partnership syndication feed, NOT an RSS situation.
Does anyone know if this my site would be indexed with the search engines based on this content? Or would it viewed as duplicate content, giving me no benefit? Thanks a lot for any help!

Hi,

As far as I know the first one gets credit about a content.
if the content is already shown you won't get boost.
