Does Someone Know a Good Content / RSS News Feed Provider?
I have been looking for new ways to generate fresh content for my website.

Recently, I got into the Rss News Feed.

I have been trying to find content / RSS News Feed providers that feature customized solutions and allow multiple categories. Examples: Chicago real estate news, Chicago celebrity sightings...

So far, I have been checking:
allheadnews.com
mochila.com
newsknowledge.com
yellowbrix.com

Some of them promise a lot of things, but there are quite EXPENSIVE. On the other hand, the "FREE" ones have very limited features. The worst, I think, is that the news takes your visitors out of your website; therefore, there are not SEO-friendly content solutions.

Does anyone recommend a specific online provider or software for News Feeds?

In addition, does anyone know a comment / forum module that I can integrate with the news feeds?

I've looked into using external RSS feeds as part of my sites, and I wasn't happy with the kinds of offerings that are available. If you are just interested in showing headlines for your users' information, then you can look at feeddirect.com. If you want the content to look like its part of your page's code (not in javascript) you will need to create some custom code with a PHP class called "Magpie".
