I need help regarding social bookmarking, how does social bookmarking help achieving extra traffic? and how do I set it up in my blog?

Are you able to advise which websites would be the best to place articles in? I know of only one decent website, which is technorati.

actually social bookmarking doesn't give much traffic for that sort what social book marking plays a big role on is in helping build backlinks for your site which will help in your rankings in different search engines... when you finally able to let your site rank it gain traffic automatically because everytime people will be typing in a certain keyword there will be much bigger possibility that they will click on your site...
