RSS Submit any good

There is a program out by dummysoftware that autosubmits to all the most common RSS directories. Anyone read any reviews or have any information on it? Im thinking of getting it to save time, but if the posts are considered spam then it may not be the best option for me.
do a search on google for rss submit to find it out its #1

Not sure exactly what it does, but I'm assuming it is similar to ping-o-matic, and if so, then it wouldn't be spamming. However, if I am misunderstanding its purpose, then I could be wrong. My guess though, is that it is just pinging the various places, letting them know that your feed has been updated, and if so, then that's a good thing.

Actually I think that it submits to directories for you. Here is the URL. I guess it knows all the fields so they just wrote a script that automically submits your information. Not sure if pings too. Check it out and let me know what you think.
