RSS Feeds
Hi guys,

I'm looking to set up an RSS feed my issues are:

i. At present, the site is being indexed roughly every 7 days - if other sites are displaying daily content from my site, and are indexed before our site, presumeably they will accrue the benefit of the content before me. Is that the case?
ii. How does Google reward sites using RSS (if it does)
