Great list weblaunchphxx,
You can also buy software such as RSS Submit Pro to submit to many automated sites, but the manual sites where you have to register before you submit, while it may take more work, in my opinion you get more bang for the buck.
Other places:
1) you can submit your blog and/or rss to http://outpost-earth.com/
2) You can submit to Yahoo
3) Part of the ASK network, you can register and submit your RSS to bloglines. You should also go through the process of 'claiming' your RSS feed.
4) Check out GOOGLE reader, you can make your RSS feeds public
5) If you have a SQUIDOO page you can display your RSS feed for your main site on it.
6) Pop over to bumpzee.com, join a few 'relevant' communities and submit your RSS feed to them. This is one of my favorites
There are literally tons of places to submit your RSS feed. As you search the internet just keep a lookout.
