According to me feedburner is the best. I used the same tool to create the RSS Feeds for my site.

Its a way for your, the site owner, to syndicate and spread your articles and content to visitors. If people find your content enjoyable, they can subscribe to your site so they can get instant updates when you add new content on the site. This is a great way to increase traffic and reach a wider range of visitors.

On a side note, anyone having a problem with feedburner? If you go to subscribe to our blog and choose the outlook feed, it will show up with http:// two times (http://http://www.feeds.feedburner .com/myfeed) and creates an error that does not allow the feed to connect to the server. Cannot figure out where the problem is occurring.
