Excellent article you should mention though that you must try to manually include RSS feeds to MSN several times before they are accepted.
What I did was put in a few to be searched waited like an hour came back & tried 3 or four times & was able to get them in... |

Nice article.
I have found that my pages on digg rank for different search terms than my main site. So I put a few links into my digg pages and the shoot up the SERPs.
