My own thinking on this is that you should always use the full address (http://..etc.) of any page to which you are linking, whether it is from a blog page or not.
It's a useful way of future proofing your site. In the event that, for example, the blog section of your site has to be moved to a different location, the links in the posts will still work, as they are pointing to absolute rather than relative locations.
