Link bait

From time to time I see sites that have something to click on that provides a way to check your page rank backlins and so on. Usually there is a code for people to copy into their site to offer the same thing. When you click the button or whatever that provides the service or whatever it takes you back to their site ultimately.
This was called viral marketing and not is usually called linkbate.

I want to offer something like this on my site but can't find anything that works with the block by block SBI method of building a page.

I no little about html but have pasted some html from SBO's useful html page and pasted code for my Google ads (adsense) Is there anything that is compatible with the way I am building sites that will do what I want to do?

If you have your own domain, better to use a WYSIWYG editor you don't need great knowledge for that and then you can put any code you like on your pages , give it the flick and have some fun .
