Keyword Development via Social Media crawlers
Has anyone run into a good tool to gather insights around conversations in Social Media space? We are looking at understanding what specific audiences are talking about along side our targeted keywords. We hope to understand the "voice of customer" based on mapping the proximity of words around our core keyword themes.
