You want to do what?
Start a blog, or buy 50 PR5 blog comments? If the first one, great, go to wordpress.org to get started. If the second one, you'll be wasting your time. If something else, please clarify.

Blog comments (for link popularity) will only work if you are able to find do-follow blogs. And most of the blogs that you'll find worth posting a comment would most probably be no-follow ones so its not worth wasting time on unless you direct traffic from these comments.

Go to Google.com then type in in the search box "keywords + u comment i'll follow". You should be able to find blogs that are do follow
