Wee:

Most RSS feeds are unreadable by search spiders. You have to combine with something else.

My company, Viralinks, builds a container around the RSS feed, and then combines it with other feeds, in an effort to get partner web sites to pick it up.

A site I've been working on for several months picked up about 350 IBL's this way. Pretty high quality, too.
